For one to discover the unknown is valuable because one could come across a cure for a deadly disease. Finding a cure for a deadly disease is extremely valuable because it could potentially save many lives. The unknown would be very beneficial to any person battling cancer. Cancer is a common disease that has non cure and is caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body. If one hypothetically comes across the unknown, it would be an enormous miracle for the entire human race. Also saving many lives in the process.

Meal time is important because it gives a family time to discuss among each other on how their day had gone. From one’s experience, a family connected with one another over meal time to talk about how their week went without being able to see each other. With being away from each other for a week, one’s family gathered at the grandparents house for diner. Steak, mash potatoes, corn, and rolls had been prepared hours before. When everyone gathered around the table, the family said a prayer and began to eat. Five minutes into the dinner, the grandmother broke the silence and sparked a conversation that stretched to each family member to the next. This shows the importance of meal time because a family was able to come together over a decent meal. The importance of meal time is beneficial because it gives one a free opportunity to make an announcement they’ve been waiting to tell their family. Chapter 17: Grant goes to visit Jefferson in the jail once again, but this time he's less angry. When he arrived he was still taken through the search process by Paul. When they were walking ton the cell, Grant asked how Jefferson had been doing, and Paul informed him. When Grant and Jefferson got to talking, Grant tried to convince Jefferson that he needed to be more open and nicer to people being that he was being executed at any moment. Grant also doesn't want to become close with Jefferson because he knows he dying soon.
