A Lesson Before Dying Reflection Day 14 Chapter 17

Chapter 17: Grant goes to visit Jefferson in the jail once again, but this time he's less angry. When he arrived he was still taken through the search process by Paul. When they were walking ton the cell, Grant asked how Jefferson had been doing, and Paul informed him. When Grant and Jefferson got to talking, Grant tried to convince Jefferson that he needed to be more open and nicer to people being that he was being executed at any moment. Grant also doesn't want to become close with Jefferson because he knows he dying soon.
