EQT.....(Tuesday)

Today in AP Lit, we took our finals or “EQT”. The test was based upon the novel The Color Purple.  The test was a bit of a challenge, but at least it’s over. Tomorrow we will go over the test in class. Hopefully, I can get some clarity on where I went wrong on the test.

Group Time (Monday)

Today in AP Lit, we were put into groups to come with an analysis for certain topics from the novel The Color Purple.  Working with groups today was a bit of a challenge because each member had different ideas, which we later had to compromise, but overall it was a good exercise for the class today.

Almost Christmas Break (Friday)

Today in AP Lit, we were assigned to finished the book “ The Color Purple ” and also the questions we were given. Also we were critiqued on our essay we previously written on The Color Purple. I made a 75 on my essay which translates to a 5 on the AP Exam. So, I’m kinda excited about the progression I’ve made so far this school year.

Eliminating (Thursday)

Today in AP Lit, we practiced the elimination skill again today in class. We were given 3 questions to answer. 5 people were the chosen to be answer choices A-E. Each student who was picked read they’re answer out loud, to see which answer was completely right. It was a fun and good learning experience and I hope we get to do it more often in class.
